1) Acceptance & Changes

By accessing or using alpinemeadowfun.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province/territory to use the Service. Do not use the Service where prohibited by law.

3) Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users or the Service.

4) Virtual Currency/Items

• Any “coins,” “chips,” boosts, or similar features are virtual and for entertainment only.
• No ownership right, cash value, or redemption. Transfers/sales are prohibited unless we expressly allow them.
• Balances and access may change due to gameplay, resets, promotions, or anti-fraud actions.

5) Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating, bots, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with security or gameplay.
• Harassment, hate, illegal content, or infringement of others’ rights.
• Attempting to buy/sell accounts or virtual items, or enabling cashout or prize schemes.

6) Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, visuals, and trademarks, is owned by Alpine Meadow Fun Inc. or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Gameplay outcomes are simulated and may not reflect real-world odds.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Meadow Fun Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, posed risk to others, or for operational/security reasons.

10) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Before filing a claim, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Unless prohibited by applicable law, disputes will be brought in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply to you.
