Virtual Currency & In‑App Purchases Policy

1) Optional purchases

AlpineMeadowFun may offer optional in-app purchases (IAP), including virtual currency and virtual items. You can use the app without buying these items unless a feature is clearly marked as paid.

2) Pricing, currency, and taxes

• Prices are shown at checkout and are typically displayed in CAD unless your app store/account uses a different currency.
• Applicable taxes (including GST/HST/PST/QST) and platform fees may be added by the payment provider/app store.
• We do not control exchange rates or additional charges your bank or platform may apply.

3) Billing and recurring charges (subscriptions)

• If we offer subscriptions, they may auto-renew unless cancelled in your Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platform account settings.
• Your payment method is charged by the platform on the schedule shown at purchase. We do not store full payment card details for store-based purchases.

4) Virtual currency terms

• Virtual currency and virtual items are licensed, not sold, and are for in-app use only.
• They have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable unless we explicitly allow it in-app.
• Balances may change due to use, expiration disclosed in-app, or adjustments for fraud/chargebacks.

5) Delivery and issues

Digital items are usually delivered immediately after confirmation from the payment provider. If you do not receive an item, contact us with your receipt/order details and we will help verify delivery.

6) Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks

• All sales are generally final for digital items, except where required by law or permitted under the applicable app store/payment provider policy.
• Refund requests for store-based purchases must be submitted through the platform (e.g., Apple or Google) under their rules; we cannot override their decisions.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in removal of the credited items and/or suspension of access where allowed.

7) Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
